La Oveja Negra ("The Black Sheep") is a space for the stories that often go untold: growing up in difficult families, with parents or relatives who show controlling, narcissistic, or emotionally dismissive behavior.

We share real experiences and reflections on setting boundaries, letting go of guilt, and finding your own way. It started as the Spanish-language YouTube channel La Oveja Negra Historias.

Different doesn’t mean lost

Being the black sheep doesn’t always mean you’re lost. Sometimes it means you found your own way.
